Grants will provide funding for state and local parole and probation agencies to help prevent recidivism and reduce crime in their jurisdictions through the use of the principles underpinning the Hawaii Opportunity Probation with Enforcement (HOPE) program, which is the best-known large-scale implementation of SCF principles.
The solicitation provides further details about the program. Applications are due by May 14.
