coming together for actionThe Global Alliance for Behavioral Health and Social Justice is partnering with the Colorado School of Public Health to convene an interdisciplinary conference that brings together people and ideas committed to promoting behavioral health, social justice, and healthier communities. The conference aims to stimulate community action, particularly in relation to more effectively meeting the needs of people with mental health and substance use disorders involved in the juvenile and criminal justice systems. Community members, practitioners, researchers, and policymakers can attend to develop leadership capacity, learn about promising practices and policies, stimulate new and innovative ideas, and spark collaborative efforts.
