The CSG Justice Center will explain criminal record clearance, sealing, and expungement and introduce a new resource, the Clean Slate Clearinghouse. The Clean Slate Clearinghouse can assist city officials and the communities they serve in understanding their state’s relevant laws and comparing juvenile and criminal record clearance policies across states. The resource also supports legal service providers currently engaged in juvenile and criminal record clearance work.
