NIJSquareThe National Institute of Justice (NIJ) is seeking applications to fund multiple projects on criminal justice responses across major areas related to violence against women, including intimate partner and dating violence, sexual violence, stalking, and violence against American Indians and Alaska Natives. NIJ has outlined the following priority areas: investigation and prosecution of crimes pertaining to case flow and attrition, decision-making, training, and case management; programs or interventions aimed at law enforcement, prosecutorial, or judicial responses to enhancing victim engagement with the criminal justice system; research that addresses officer safety when responding to domestic violence/intimate partner violence incidents; and the use of technology, including digital devices/evidence in investigation, prosecution, and court-based decision-making.

The solicitation provides further details about the program. Applications are due by April 12.
