The National Asian Peace Officers’ Association (NAPOA) annual training symposium and exposition will highlight NAPOA’s founding fathers and history as well as offer trainings and networking opportunities. NAPOA strives to strengthen the integrity of the U.S. criminal justice system through the safe and effective delivery of policing services and to promote diversity within the law enforcement community. The symposium will provide presentations that offers best practices to all law enforcement agencies to build stronger relationships with their communities; provide recruitment and mentoring support; prepare members in the promotional process; and work with various law enforcement leaders to increase and diversify the work force.
