daves killer breadDave’s Killer Bread Foundation is currently inviting employers to participate in a research study designed to better understand the workplace performance of people with criminal records. The case study will analyze data related to the tenure and performance of employees with and without criminal records so that it can compare their outcomes over time. Employee data will be kept strictly confidential and employers can opt to remain anonymous.

The lead researcher for this study—Devah Pager, professor of sociology and public policy at Harvard University—has conducted prior research on hiring outcomes of people with criminal records, and has a special interest in understanding best practices with respect to hiring and screening workers.

To participate, please contact Dave’s Killer Bread Foundation at info@dkbfoundation.org by May 31, 2017.
