Department of LaborThe U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is seeking applications from community-based organizations and intermediary organizations to plan and implement comprehensive reentry programs for adults and young adults, with a focus on improving employment outcomes. ETA is seeking proposed strategies for addressing reentry challenges, including trying new approaches, addressing gaps in services, building or translating research knowledge, or building capacity. All projects must be located in high-poverty, high-crime communities. The grants are authorized by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and the Second Chance Act.

The solicitation provides further details about the project, including selection criteria. Applications are due April 27.
