BJA LogoThe U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance is seeking applications for funding under the Violent Gang and Gun Crime Reduction Program, also known as Project Safe Neighborhoods. This program provides support to state, local, and tribal efforts to reduce violent crime—including felonious firearm crimes and criminal gang violence—through a comprehensive approach that combines targeted law enforcement efforts with community engagement, prevention, and reentry efforts.
