Awards_OJJDPThe U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention is seeking applications for its FY 2018 Improving Juvenile Reentry Programs’ Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting Program. This grant supports the development and implementation of an effort to improve the capacity of state and local government agencies, and local juvenile reentry programs for data collection, analysis, and reporting. The data capacity improvements generated through this effort will facilitate the type of assessment, planning, and monitoring critical to understanding if a system, agency, or juvenile reentry program is functioning as intended and meeting its goals and target outcomes. These data improvements are also an important step toward preparing for more rigorous evaluations to systematically investigate the effectiveness of juvenile reentry programs and practices in reducing recidivism and improving youth outcomes so that effective reentry programs can be replicated and scaled.

The solicitation provides further details about the program. Applications are due by May 29.
