Awards_OJJDPThe U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) is seeking applications for the FY 2018 Drug Treatment Courts Program, which builds the capacity of states, state and local courts, local governments, and federally recognized tribal governments to enhance pre-existing drug courts or implement new drug courts for youth in the juvenile justice system who have substance addiction or co-occurring mental health disorders, including histories of trauma. OJJDP expects successful applicants to develop and implement a sustainability plan during the grant period to continue operation of the drug court when the grant ends.

The solicitation provides further details about the program. Applications are due by June 21.
