CSI Director Dennis Gaddy was part of a 40+ member conference in Memphis who came together, in partnership with the NC Justice Center and the Annie E. Casey Foundation, to discuss the problem of consumer debt. CSI works with men and women who have difficulties getting their drivers license due to pending fees and fines. The collaborative discussed ways to get those fees and fines waived by various District Attorney’s offices and help to get drivers license rights restored.

While in Memphis, Dennis got to work out of the Peabody Hotel and visit the National Human Rights Museum and the Lorraine Hotel where Dr. King was assassinated. “Wow!”
