Filmmaker AVA D U VERNAY explores the HISTORY OF RACIAL INEQUALITY in the United States, focusing on the fact that the nation’s prisons are disproportionately filled with African-Americans.

It will be first shown at Campbell Law School auditorium, for an screening on Jan. 19, 2017 at 6:30PM to 8:15PM with a discussion from 8:15PM to 9:00PM . The address will be at 225 Hillsborough Street Raleigh NC 27603

Then, there will be a second showing sponsored by SERA, INC on Jan. 25th,  from 6PM to 8:30PM, with a discussion after that. It will be held at Cooperative Extension of Wake County Auditorium, 4001 Carya Drive, Raleigh NC 27610
