Community Success convenes participatory community training and gatherings and roundtables that provide the opportunity for people to network with each other, exchange knowledge and resources and solve problems. We aim to build community that bridges community divisions and enhances learning, collaboration and leadership across divides. We provide ongoing individual and community training in personal growth and leadership development through various forms of empowerment, leadership training and outreach. We promote social and economic justice by advocating for policies and laws that benefit everyday people. Through relationships with local governments, non-profit organizations and community groups, we help shape and influence social and economic policies.
